David Fox
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
David Fox is a decorated US Marine Corps veteran and federal law enforcement professional, specializing in national security, law enforcement, and emergency response. At Swiss Hill Consulting, he leverages his expertise in crisis management, security operations, and training programs to enhance community and organizational preparedness.
David's leadership includes managing complex operations, supervising major transit hub security, and executing emergency response strategies. His commitment to preparedness began with an Eagle Scout project in 2001, surveying emergency resources for 13 religious congregations in Central New Jersey.
Throughout his career, David has enhanced operational efficiencies and public safety in federal law enforcement. At Swiss Hill Consulting, he aims to improve community and organizational resilience against unforeseen challenges, driven by excellence and integrity.
Steve Satiri
Co-Founder, Chief Training Officer
Steve was born in the former Soviet Union and immigrated to the U.S. at 12. Active in team sports and martial arts during high school and college, he developed strong discipline and teamwork skills.
He became an EMT and was deeply inspired by 9/11 to join federal service, where he built a distinguished career in law enforcement, emergency response, and physical security.
Steve excelled in training military, federal, and civilian groups. He currently serves in the federal government and is the co-founder and Chief Training Officer of Swiss Hill Consulting, providing top-notch emergency preparedness and response training.
